Hello, I’m Rev. Dr. Aurelia Bronaugh, Director of "Out of the Blue Special Needs Ministry," an auxiliary of Union E.B.C. Out of the Blue Special Needs Ministry was initiated suddenly without extensive planning or prior notice, with the goal of providing an inclusive and welcoming environment to accommodate those with disabilities who are marginalized, disenfranchised or may not have been embraced by the mainstream church or community. By adapting to their needs our ministry's activities and services are tailored to accomendate diverse abilities and challenges faced by people with special needs.
